Introduction
Oclinicals provides outsourced clinical services in the areas of recalls, staffing, and data entry to Gastroenterology practices.

We understand that you are aware of and care about your own personal privacy interests, and we take that seriously. This Privacy Notice describes Oclinicals' policies and practices regarding its collection and use of your personal data, and sets forth your privacy rights. We recognize that information privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and so we will from time to time update this Privacy Notice as we undertake new personal data practices or adopt new privacy policies.

How we collect and use (process) your personal information
Oclinicals collects personal information about its website visitors and customers. With a few exceptions, this information is generally limited to:

  • practice name
  • practice phone number

We use this information to provide prospects and client practices with services.

We do not sell personal information to anyone and only share it with third parties who are facilitating the delivery of our services and who have all signed BAAs (business associate agreements) as required under the HIPAA privacy rule.

Use of the Oclinicals.com Website
Oclinicals' website does not collect information. We only collect the information you provide to us through the "contact us" form. We use this information to attend your inquiries for our services. In addition, Oclinicals has a legitimate interest in understanding what are practices evolving needs and the information we collect assists Oclinicals with providing more relevant services that satisfy GI practices recalls and staffing needs.

Cookies and tracking technologies
Oclinicals does not use cookies to track visitors to its website.

When and how we share information with third parties
The personal information Oclinicals collects from you is stored in one or more databases hosted by third parties located in the United States. These third parties do not use or have access to your personal information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval.

Data storage and retention
Your personal data is stored by the Oclinicals on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services the Oclinicals engages, located in the United States. Oclinicals retains service data for the duration of the customer's business relationship with Oclinicals and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for Oclinicals own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with Oclinicals' services. Oclinicals retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from Oclinicals systems. All personal data that Oclinicals controls may be deleted upon verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized agents.
